The ability to use effectively whatever the
personal assets you have is the essential quality of all successful
people. In a society too frequently preoccupied with defining
people in terms of their disabilities or other challenges in
their lives, people need to be provided with opportunities to
define themselves with reference to their abilities.
The McMahan Center-Abilities Activists is dedicated to those
personal abilities and putting them to work to link life to
